Next Steps

You did it! You just took the first step towards becoming a Florida Gator by submitting your UF Online application and application fee. Sometimes the first step can feel like a giant leap, so we’re here cheering you on.

KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING

The final step in the admissions process is to request all of your
official documents to be sent to the University of Florida as soon
as possible.

  • Contact your school or testing agency to see if they can send
your documents electronically. This is the fastest delivery method. We accept electronic transcripts from Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, Credential Solutions, and eScrip-Safe
  • You should select the University of Florida
as the recipient during the ordering process.
  • When you order these documents, save any records you receive
    for future reference.

If you cannot send electronic transcripts or test scores, please send physical copies in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution to:

University of Florida Office of Admissions
201 Criser Hall
PO Box 114000
Gainesville, FL 32611-4000

Below is a breakdown of the documents required to review your admissions file.

How to Apply

Final decisions are rendered on a rolling basis.

Your UF Online application and application fee are valid for one academic year. If you apply for one term and your timeline changes, we can easily roll your application to a future term. To learn more about the admissions process, click here.

Note: The deadlines above are for students planning to enroll in one of the fully-online degrees offered through UF Online. If you are looking for the application deadlines for UF's face-to-face programs, visit the UF Office of Admissions website.

Keep in mind that UF Online offers admissions on a rolling basis. The sooner you complete your application file, the sooner you will receive a decision.

If your materials arrive after the deadline, you will need to roll your application to a future term. Your UF Online application and fee are valid for up to one academic year.
