Discover the unknown and dig into your potential with an Anthropology degree from UF Online.

Anthropology is a broad, holistic field that seeks to understand people, from earliest times to the present. An online Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology will open you to opportunities in government, private business, community organizations, education, health organizations, research institutions and the media.

The UF Online B.A. in Anthropology program seeks to provide a rounded understanding that is reflective of the field itself. We address social and cultural consequences from a worldwide perspective. You have the opportunity to concentrate your coursework in one of four major subfields: cultural anthropology, archaeology, biological anthropology and linguistics. You can also pursue a focus in an interdisciplinary track with another major or minor. Of the 120 credits you need to graduate, you must earn 34 credits in anthropology coursework.

Through in depth skill development in research, analytics, data management, critical thinking and collaboration, UF Anthropology graduates gain worldwide scope into a discipline that combines science and the humanities.
